Touch Up Paint from Mazda

  • Just a heads up to all Mazda owners in Singapore, if you need touch up paint for your car due to tiny scratches, nicks, dings, you can head to Mazda showroom at Leng Kee to buy the touch up paint which is an exact match for your paint colour.

Each bottle costs S$17.23 after GST, which is very reasonable. The ones you get at Autobacs might not be the exact colour match for your car.

Thanks to bro Ivan Lo for the tip!

  • You can get the exact original paint for your Mazda car from NTUC Fairprice. Just look for the colour code on your driver door pillar. Look for the range of Mazda colours coded under "MAZ". My paint code is 38P so I bought MAZ 38P. It is made in Korea and guaranteed original colour. It comes in a tube with a brush and pen together with a ball bearing in the tube for you to shake and mix the paint before use. The pen is good for fine scratches. I touched up my bumper and the colour is a perfect fit. And now for the best part, the price: $12.90 including GST. I bought mine from NTUC Fairprice at AMK Hub.

  • The one you buy from Mazda is not original from Japan. I went to the spare part shop to have a look and found that it is crudely bottled with a computer printed sticker pasted on the bottle. Most probably it is packaged from their spray paint workshop. The one from NTUC is exactly the same as the one from Mazda. You need to buy the correct colour code. Moreover, it comes 2 in 1, with a small brush and a pen tip for tiny scratches. Best of all, it is cheaper.

Good list, thanks for sharing, will be very helpful for the other members. Do you know where we might be able to find the colour codes for other Mazda models?
